Mobile Deposit Services

When you use Mobile Deposit, the App accesses your device camera to capture images of checks for deposit processing. Check images may be retained in accordance with applicable laws and record retention requirements.Biometric Authentication Biometric authentication is managed by your device manufacturer and operating system. REFCU does not collect or store fingerprint or facial recognition data.

You may receive account activity, fraud, security, transaction, and service notifications. These may be disabled through your device settings.


How We Use Information

Information is used to provide services, process transactions, verify identity, prevent fraud, improve the App, and comply with legal requirements.

REFCU does not sell personal information. Information may be shared only as permitted by law with service providers, payment networks, regulators, and law enforcement when required.

REFCU maintains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including encryption, multifactor authentication, monitoring, fraud detection, and access controls.

Information is retained only as long as necessary to provide services, maintain records, comply with legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

The App is not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under the age of 18 without appropriate consent.
